TECHNICAL SERVICE COORDINATOR (Permanent)
Our client an established manufacturing company in WNY is seeking a Technical Service Coordinator to join their team. This is a great opportunity with room for professional growth and development.
Responsibilities:
- Manage service activities for customers/technicians across the US and internationally
- Gather information from customers via inbound/follow-up calls to ensure appropriate service appointments are placed
- Act as the liaison between technicians customers and necessary vendors to ensure seamless communication and detailed coordination occurs
- Schedule and coordinate travel for technicians managing all travel documents forms visas and any customer-specific requirements
- Answer any questions related to schedules quotes timelines and general inquiries; prepare quotes process service orders track shipments
- Order parts for technicians and ensure they are expedited and delivered to customer site on time for the technician
- Ensure each service call is properly recorded from initial intake call throughout completion
- Maintain accurate records and document job-specific costs expense reports billing etc.
- Follow up with clients after each call is completed to ensure satisfaction has been achieved and assist with any follow-up questions/issues
- Ensure each service record is accurately input into computer database
- Assist with Service support lines and provide basic troubleshooting coordination
- Provide the highest level of customer service at all times diffusing negative situations and providing educated recommendations for service when necessary
- Juggle multiple projects at a time effortlessly maneuvering from one to the next
- Work well in a team environment as well as independently
- Other duties as assigned/as necessary
Details:
- Position is full time direct hire
- 100% in-office
- $50000 - $60000 annually depending on experience

- 2 years in customer service administrative roles or technical/manufacturing coordination
- Possess a positive upbeat professional personality when handling service calls
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
- Great interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Meticulous attention to detail
- Self-motivated
- Relocation not available
