Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary contact for customers via phone and email providing professional and courteous support.
Manage assigned business accounts and process orders samples and color-matching requests accurately.
Review purchase orders for accuracy and confirm alignment with pricing and product details.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales Marketing and Production to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate customer information in the companys MRP/ERP systems.
Contribute to process improvements by providing feedback and ensuring customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up.
Requirements
At least 2 years of customer service or order processing experience ideally in a B2B environment.
Strong problem-solving analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word Teams).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred.
