The Opportunity

Were seeking an experienced Concrete Project Manager to lead an on-site $3.5 million concrete project in Rolla Missouri. Youll oversee all phases of constructionplanning scheduling and cost management ensuring KCIs standards for safety quality and performance are met.

What Youll Do

• Lead all aspects of the project to ensure safety quality and daily progress.
• Manage budgets change orders and project documentation to ensure profitability.
• Partner closely with the Superintendent to coordinate self-performed concrete crews.
• Build strong relationships with owners subcontractors and internal teams.
• Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep the project on schedule.

What You Bring

• Bachelors degree in construction management Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of experience managing concrete or heavy civil projects.
• Proven success managing self-performed concrete structures piers footings foundations slabs walls etc.
• Strong scheduling and cost management skills.
• Proficiency in Procore Microsoft Office scheduling tools HCSS and Vista a plus.
