Priority Customer Service Agent
SAS Customer Service annually manages millions of customer contacts via the help of external partners and our own contact centers. Within premium customer service we help SAS most loyal and valuable customers with their inquiries.
Challenges you will work on
We are looking for a dedicated and service-minded individual to join our team as a Priority Customer Service this role you will provide personalized support to our most valued customersincluding frequent flyers travel agents and corporate clients. Youll handle a wide range of inquiries from travel information and bookings to EuroBonus membership and journey-related issues.
As a key part of our customer service team you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction at every touchpoint. This position is central to the evolution of SAS Customer Service and carries a high level of responsibility requiring integrity discretion and a genuine passion for helping others.
To be successful we believe you have:
Proven experience in customer service ideally in a call center within the airline or hospitality industry
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with confidence in handling priority customers
Familiarity with airline booking systems is a strong advantage
Skilled in problem-solving and managing complex situations with professionalism and tact
Highly organized detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Native-level fluency in Swedish Norwegian or Danish plus fluent English; additional Scandinavian languages are a bonus
Passionate about delivering personalized service and exceeding customer expectations
Experience with high-value customers (e.g. frequent flyers VIPs premium travelers) is a plus

- The open position is placed in Stockholm at our Frösundavik office or at our Copenhagen office at Amager Strandvei.
- There are two open positions which both are temporary. One full-time position until at least 15th of April. One position on 70% until 31st August 2026.
