The primary focus of Service Centre Coordinator will involve ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of a service center by coordinating activities managing resources alongside the lead hand and supporting both customers and staff.
Key tasks will include:
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION DESIRED
Education (degree or years) and/or Certification/Registration:
- Post-Secondary Education and/or 3 - 5 years of practical experience.
Type and Length of Experience:
- 3 - 4 years experience in a Coordinator or Contract Administrator role
Knowledge Skills Abilities and Attributes Desired in Candidate:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task
- Strong organizational oral and written communication analytical and interpersonal skills.
- High energy with high level of self-initiative and strong sense of urgency.
- High integrity.
- Computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office).
- Ability to troubleshoot & solve problems and work independently.
- Safety mindset.
