What youll do:
- Responsible for inventory handling in depot and projects sites: receiving storing dispatching and monitoring adhering with the inventory standards.
- Coordinate with operations team in relations to product handling and dispatching.
- Monitor the material consumptions and create the plan to replenish the stock as needed.
- Manage the supply of materials for projects and maintain good relationships with stakeholders.
- Review requisitions in I2B and verify availability of parts from other locations and warehouses.
- Align the stocks of each site according to consider the nature of operation and fleet conditions.
- Oversee the calibration process of tools and equipment applicable.
- Perform TRA GRN QLT and other supply chain related process.
- Maintain good communication line with vendors and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure the accuracy of goods received with the packing list invoice or receipt.
- Oversee the availability and readiness of LV and HV cables.
- Coordinate with site supervisors / leads / store assistants to ensure 100% inventory accuracy by performing cyclic counts.
- Ensure that items are stored properly in line with the Global Service Center Standards.

It is a requirement and moral obligation of each employee to be actively committed and accountable for compliance to the Aggreko Health Safety & Environmental policies procedures and local legislation and ensure completion and validity of all minimum QHSE training and objectives required by the company.
Youll have the following skills and experience:
- Diploma qualified in an engineering or project management background is preferable
- Previous experience in power related projects is required
- Physically fitness is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
- Compelling Communication recognising that clear communication is the key to understanding.
- Appreciate hands on work.
- Able to work quickly and methodically.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
- Has a safety-conscious attitude.
