What youll be doing
Are you an experienced and strategic sales professional with a true service first mindset If this sounds like you then wed love to chat!
Day-to-day in this role youll:
- Successfully onboarding and training restaurant venues providing them with all the tools and information to start working as soon as possible.
- Manage on-site partner portfolio relationships requiring regular travel to key client locations across the Severní Čechy region.
- Proactively contact our Restaurant partners to secure their participation in Wolt Ads & Wolt Promos campaigns.
- Working with the partner to improve overall sales and conversion rates by sharing tools and best practices to help ensure the partners success.
- Owning the partners assortment - suggesting which products should be listed initially and working with the partner to constantly add/remove items to improve customer conversion.
- Monitor campaign performance analyzing data and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad delivery and performance working with technical teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the BI team to develop and maintain ad reporting dashboards providing regular updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Our humble expectations
- Fluency in Czech/Slovak and at least a communicative level of English
- Proven experience in sales account management or customer/client support (experience in the restaurant/hospitality industry is a huge plus)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
