We are looking for Key Account Manager Immunology who is eager to join our commercial department based in South Moravia Czech Republic.

About the role

As a Key Account Manager Immunology you will amplify and strengthen the matching of UCB therapeutic options with appropriate patients in your assigned territory. You will build strong collaborative relationships with key healthcare professionals (HCPs) and implement optimal omni-channel solutions to support patient care.

The role is field based covering South Moravia.

Who youll work with

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and multidisciplinary teams across South Moravia partnering with internal colleagues and local Safety staff.

What youll do

• Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for HCPs applying deep knowledge of UCB solutions and connecting the right resource at the right time.
• Tailor omni-channel tools to impact HCPs based on individual preferences.
• Define and execute an impactful tactical plan within your territory.
• Establish strong business relationships with HCPs in South Moravia.
• Match UCB therapeutic options to targeted HCPs patient populations using a tailored approach.
• Collaborate with local Safety staff to ensure pharmacovigilance compliance.
• Communicate digital initiatives Patient Support Programs and Market Research Programs to local Safety staff.
• Participate actively in audits/inspections as part of the affiliate pharmacovigilance system.

• Bachelors Masters Ph.D. Law (J.D.) or Medical Degree (M.D.).
• AIFP Certification of Medical Representatives preferred.
• Medical scientific and therapeutic area expertise.
• Health ecosystem awareness and shaping.
• Business and financial acumen.
• Strategic planning.
• Teamwork.
• Patient value engagement.
• Gathering & interpreting information.
• Experience in pharmaceutical biotechnological chemical or healthcare environments.
• Strong grasp of HSE principles and safe work practices.
• Proficiency with IT tools (MS Office SAP document management systems).
• Clear concise communication; attentive listening and observation.
• Fluent in Czech and English.
