WHAT YOULL DO:

• Set up process and audit short-term disability requests
• Communicate with physicians regarding ongoing files and required documents
• Review and confirm return-to-work dates
• Audit forms to verify the accuracy of eligibility member and account data
• Audit COBRA payments and communication letters for accuracy
• Report concerns and discrepancies to the team lead
• Assist your team with appeals and other duties as needed
