Are you an organised and people-focused HR professional looking for your next opportunity This is a great chance to join a well-established manufacturing company on a 12-month fixed-term contract providing vital support to their busy HR team.
As HR Administrator youll play a key role in supporting all aspects of HR administration from recruitment and onboarding through to payroll support and leaver processes.
Youll ensure records are accurate processes run smoothly and employees receive a great experience from start to finish.
Some of the HR Administrator responsibilities are:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support across all areas of recruitment and selection
- Prepare recruitment documents post adverts manage the Indeed account and coordinate interviews
- Support onboarding and induction by preparing offer letters and contracts delivering Day 1 inductions and managing pre-employment checks
- Maintain and update the HR database with accurate employee information including starters leavers and contractual changes
- Produce regular and ad-hoc HR reports for audits meetings and KPI tracking
- Collate and check HR and payroll data weekly resolving anomalies and ensuring payroll accuracy
- Manage leaver administration ensuring processes are completed efficiently and exit interviews are carried out
- Draft HR correspondence such as maternity and flexible working letters and other standard documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed
Were looking for someone with strong administrative skills within an HR environment and enjoys working in a fast-paced setting where accuracy and confidentiality are key. A good understanding of HR systems and processes would be an advantage along with great communication and organisational skills.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Thursday 8:15am-4:40pm and Friday 8:15am-3:55pm earning a salary between 26000 - 27000 depending on experience plus a 1000 completion bonus.
