Veterinary Referral Hospital Dandenong is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Client Services Representative in a Casual or Part-time position.
As a Client Services Representative youll be the friendly face of our hospital assisting pet owners and ensuring their experience with us is outstanding!
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting clients both in person and over the phone
- Handling appointments inquiries and client communications
- Managing client records and paperwork accurately
- Providing accurate information about our services pricing and hospital policies
- Coordinating with veterinary staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Processing client payments and maintain financial records
- Ensuring the reception area is kept clean organised and welcoming
- Assisting in administrative tasks as needed
- Availability to work weekends and evenings is essential to accommodate our clients needs
Role requirements:
- Previous experience in a reception/customer service client-facing role
- Passion for animals and dedication to providing excellent customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly calm team player attitude
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
