- Services maintains and repairs residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Determines general condition of HVAC systems and can troubleshoot HVAC malfunctions and determine extent of necessary repairs
- Educate and Advise Customers
- Clearly explain repairs performed and help customers understand system needs and replacement options when applicable.
- Support Sales through System Assessments
- Participate in Training and Mentorship Attend company-sponsored training and help mentor maintenance technicians as needed.
- Always maintains a neat work area and inspects that area for cleanliness after completion of each job
- Accurate Documentation: Complete all invoices and job documentation thoroughly including system details service performed and customer conversations.
- Debrief and Submit Paperwork
- Conveys a safety-conscious attitude both on the job and while driving
- Wears floor savers while in the clients home
- Maintains company vehicle ensuring that it is always clean on both the inside and the outside
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum number of years of verifiable experience as a Service Technician in a residential service and maintenance operation
- Knowledge of the fundamental of operational functionality of residential heating air conditioning and ventilation equipment
- NATE certification preferred
- EPA and RMGA required
- Solid communication and customer service skills
- Must have appropriate trade tools
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
