Job Summary
Regional Recruiter Multi-State Coverage
Were looking for a motivated and experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team! In this role youll support multiple states partnering closely with hiring managers and local offices to attract top talent.
The ideal candidate is a go-getter with strong sourcing experience creative recruiting strategies and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Youll play a key role in driving growth across several regions ensuring we find and hire individuals who align with our mission and values.
What Youll Do:
- Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple states
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top candidates
- Build strong relationships with hiring teams and candidates
- Track recruiting metrics and share insights to enhance results
What You Bring:
- Proven experience sourcing and recruiting across diverse markets
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stay organized
- High energy self-driven and results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Recruiter Qualifications Include:
- Bachelors degree required;Business majorstrongly preferred
- Agency recruitment experience strongly desired
- Minimum2 years experience in recruiting requiredand1-2 years sourcing skills required
- Experience recruiting in healthcare strongly desired
- Knowledge ofstandard HR concepts practices and procedures required
- Strong interpersonal andcommunication skills required
- Social Media Marketing required
- Demonstrated leadership skills customer service focus self-motivation and ability to perform multiple tasks with minimum supervision
