- Identify and engage top tech and non-tech talent
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to define position requirements and search strategies
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
- Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards lists search engines and social media
Qualifications :
- Minimum 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong proficiency in recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Good knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
WILL BE A PLUS
- Experience with ATS systems
- Boolean search expertise
- Knowledge of specific global talent markets
- Multilingual skills
