- Develop talent pipelines of high-quality candidates to support our growing business needs across multiple global geographies
- Identify and engage the best tech and non-tech talent to be part of our network
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers and Recruiters to determine position requirements and search strategies
- Work collaboratively with team members to create innovative attraction and engagement strategies
- Search traditional and non-traditional sources such as job boards lists search engines social media etc.
Qualifications :
- At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experienced in traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques
- Ability to work independently but as part of an international team
- Strong service orientation sense of urgency and quality along with a high level of flexibility creativity pragmatism and personal drive
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with strong organizational and documentation skills and a high level of attention to detail
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
