The Role: Feature Owner and Planning Manager
The Feature Planning Lead is pivotal in driving digital initiatives forward by expertly managing the experience backlog and ensuring the successful delivery of features. This position works in close collaboration with feature teams to oversee and maintain the backlog and partners with the website management team to coordinate the deployment of completed work. Reporting directly to the Senior Digital Experience Manager the Feature Planning Lead acts as the essential bridge between business needs and technical delivery ensuring that features are clearly defined effectively prioritised and consistently delivered to meet both user and business objectives.
