CGI is seeking a candidate with extensive product/platform management experience in nurturing and expanding the Conversational AI extensibility platform across the Enterprise. Successful candidate will bring in a deep technical understanding strong customer empathy and a proven ability to execute and build strong business partnerships that deliver impactful results.
This role involves driving innovation in GenAI-powered data analysis and insights rapid prototyping automating workflows enabling easy data access across channels and user story creation. This position is ideal for someone passionate about using GenAI to transform user experiences and deliver value to the workforce.
Actively lead creating the vision and strategy for the team managing the product
Act as an advisor/consultant of the platform to the end client
Lead the definition of the business outcomes that spell out the teams mission scope of operation objectives consequences and time frame.
Serve as the conduit to converting the strategy into action items across various platform use cases
Prioritize workstreams and action items to ensure alignment with organizational KPIs
Lead establishment of Product Positioning within the overall client organization architecture and as a strategic solution for the enterprise.
Play an active role prioritizing tasks aligning resources holding internal teams accountable for delivery of the workstreams and ensuring strategy alignment between multi-partner and customer teams
Lead a regular cadence of Enhancement Meetings in partnership with the Product Partners
Monitor metrics dashboards to ensure that the Product is performing in alignment with and exceeding strategic KPIs
Have a thorough understanding of third-party integrations available in the market and the benefits of each and provide recommendations to the team based on this knowledge
Demonstrate success metrics outcomes and value adds on a monthly basis and present to key executives across CGI and the client organization
Create manage and lead the Enterprise service enablement model in line with existing organization policies
Bachelors or Masters degree in Business or Engineering streams
Thorough understanding of key product management methodologies such as Agile and Scrum
5 years of product / platform management experience
7 years of Project/Program management experience - Strong organizational skillset ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders ability to prioritize based on urgency and impact
3 years of experience managing Conversational AI services
Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to inform decision-making
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner
Ability to create and manage product roadmaps business cases and high-level requirements
Track record of strong organization change management skills
ITIL and PMP certifications
Working knowledge of Jira ServiceNow Teams charter MS Project
