We are looking for a talented and experienced Vendor Management Coordinator to join the North America Procurement team on a Fixed-Term Contract. This is an in-office role with no remote option in Milton ON.
Job Purpose & Scope
The Vendor Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing the administration and coordination of employee benefits related to assets such as phones fleet vehicles and other services. This role will focus on supplier coordination asset tracking employee onboarding and process support to ensure smooth operations of benefits management across the organization. The ideal candidate will be highly organized detail-oriented and proactive in supporting both employees and the procurement team.

Your future team:
You will become part of the North America Procurement team and will be reporting to the Director of Procurement.
What you will be doing:
Act as primary contact for suppliers related to phones fleet vehicles and other employee benefit services.
Manage supplier relationships and ensure timely responses for repairs and service agreements.
Coordinate contract renewals and updates to ensure service continuity.
Track and maintain records of company-owned assets (e.g. phones vehicles).
Oversee allocation return and inventory of devices and vehicles.
Coordinate new employee onboarding ensuring timely delivery of allocated assets.
Provide training and support on device usage and policies.
Identify process improvement opportunities for benefit coordination and asset management.
Assist procurement in enhancing workflows and tracking systems.
As the first point of contact regarding benefit-related issues troubleshooting and resolving concerns.
Ensure adherence to company policies regarding employee benefits.
What you bring:
Associates or Bachelors degree in Business or related field is a plus.
2 years of experience in administrative support asset management or customer service ideally within procurement or benefits management.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple tasks and records.
Proven ability to manage supplier relationships and ensure consistent service delivery.
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with employees and external suppliers.
Familiarity with asset tracking software preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot benefit-related issues.
Experience in supplier relationship management and maintaining service quality.
Proactive in identifying process improvements and streamlining operations.
