Job Summary
Job Description- Group LeaderDay-to-day responsibilities include the following:- Greet each child in the assigned group.- Work with the Site Director to take attendance.- Responsible for safety and well being of each child in his/her care.- Teach and lead assigned group activities.- Responsible for assisting other staff members in cleaning program areas at theend of each session.- Reports to Site Duties:- Responsible for attending all staff meetings.- Assist Site Director in keeping an open line of communication between andamong program directors school principal and Duties:- Responsible for attending workshops conferences and in-service Code:- The Solutions dress code is smart casual.- All Solutions staff should be neat and Timeframe:-There are two Group Leader positions which exist within the Solutions programone is a school year position and the other is a summer position. Group Leadersare hired and rehired for positions accordingly. -School year positions and summer positions hours vary according to availability.- Benefits are available to staff that work 20 hours a week or Leader Qualifications:- Must be 18 years or older and have a High School diploma- Experience in extended day and/or working with school age children- Possess strong leadership and organizational skills.- Possess computer skills especially in Google apps
