Job Summary

We are looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle the daily schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone greeting customers and assisting in scheduling sales appointments.

Responsibilities
  • Answer dealership phones greet and receive prospects and customers
  • Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional friendly and efficient manner
  • Direct customers to the correct department and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting and introduce the customer to the salesperson
  • Work cooperatively with sales team and other internal teams
  • Type memos correspondence reports and other documents
  • Assist in scheduling and confirming sales appointments
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
  • Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
  • Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
  • Background Check and Drug Test required
