Job Summary
- Oversee all aspects of the rooftop ensuring efficient service and maintaining a high-energy atmosphere.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by ensuring high-quality food & beverage service and handling customer feedback.
- Collaborate on promotional activities support special events and help with marketing initiatives.
- Ensure all operations comply with health safety and enforce company policies and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in restaurant or rooftop management in a lifestyle or premium venue.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills able to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
- Excellent guest relations and communication abilities.
- Solid understanding of service flow mixology trends and event operations.
- Financial acumen with ability to manage budgets costs and reports.
- Creative mindset ability to contribute ideas for guest experience enhancement.
- Calm confident and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Flexible schedule including evenings weekends and events.
