Job Summary
Observes punctual reporting on duty to ensure on-time deliveries to customers.
Checks and inspects of vehicles or assigned fleets thoroughly prior dispatch In and Out. For REEFERs ensures pre cooling of truck prior loading. This is to ensure the quality of the goods delivered.
Follows strict compliance on PPE as observance of GMP HACCP and Food Safety requirements in handling goods.
Works hand in hand with the helpers during dispatch and loading to attest items loaded for quality and quantity per customer items. Ensures correctness and accuracy of all dispatch and loading information.
Takes full responsibility in ensuring all delivered/received goods are in good condition. Responsible in ensuring all Delivery Receipts are properly accomplished and signed.
Follows route plan and delivery schedule strictly to achieve the Utilization per trip per area and assuring the perfect order fulfillment.
Ensures on time delivery of goods to b2b accounts like Food Service.
Reports immediately to Store TL any concerns related to items rejected for return quality complaint from customer. Provides daily updates on status of delivery.
Ensures sending an image or proof of Delivery Receipt per drop as agreed with Store TL OMA and Sales as proof of delivery (quantity).
On Collection assists in receiving of payments from customers and ensures proper remittance of these collections to Store Cashier. Endorses all documents related to this.
Ensures regular compliance on PMS for all assigned vehicles to avoid downtime.
Qualifications :
Education:
- At least high school graduate.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of driving experience
