Based in Paris Deezers Performance Marketing team spans three pillars:
Media & Acquisition (SEA ASO Ad Networks Affiliation Deals) Social Ads (Paid Social Creative Strategy Influence) and Performance & Analytics (SEO tracking journey optimization).
As Media & Acquisition Manager Affiliate Growth youll lead our affiliate program and direct digital deals to drive profitable growth and brand visibility in France.
Reporting to the Head of Media & Acquisition youll expand Deezers partner network combining commercial insight with strong relationship skills. This data-driven role suits someone structured entrepreneurial and growth-focused.
Key Responsibilities
Lead affiliate and partner relationships and negotiations monitor performance optimize ROI and manage budgets.
Build and prioritize quarterly growth initiatives.
Ensure brand consistency and drive innovation through testing and insights.
Affiliate Program (via Impact)
Define and execute Deezers affiliate strategy in line with acquisition goals and manage partner sourcing onboarding activation and optimization.
Grow the network (cashback coupons content loyalty apps etc.) and ensure compliance.
Represent Deezer at key industry events.
Direct Deals
Relaunch and negotiate high-impact deals with major partners.
Identify and close new partnerships with French and European brands.
Build and execute tailored offers with cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications :
2-4 years in digital partnerships & affiliate marketing (Impact Awin Kwanko a plus).
Data-driven skilled in tracking attribution and tools like GA Tableau or Adjust.
Entrepreneurial and proactive
Strong in negotiation & relationship management.
Fluent in French & English; experience in subscription-based industries a plus.
