ADVERTISING & CREATIVE:
- Act as guardian of the Brand ensuring flawless execution of brand visual/graphic guidelines across departments providing guidance and support to other areas.
- Work closely with the Programming/Content Gaming Marketing Field Marketing Sports Marketing and Culture Marketing areas to lead high-quality execution of brand integration in owned/third-party events and initiatives aiming to grow top of mind awareness differentiation and brand love.
- Manage Branded Assets creative process from end to end triangulating the communication between Brand Team Creative Agencies (local & global) and other Internal Teams streamlining the creative & briefing process and ensuring creative deliverables are raising the bar when it comes to execution excellence & innovation.
BUSINESS PLANNING AND BUDGETING:
- Manage and maintain paid media and creative production budget daily tracking alongside the Brand Intern ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources and timely financial reporting/housekeeping raising matters & seeking for solutions quickly and proactively.
- Strong planning prioritization organization budgetary and project management competencies (attention to detail is crucial).
MEDIA PLANNING & BUYING:
- Have a thorough understanding of Red Bulls Media Plan Cartoon strategy and Advertising platforms landscape actively participating and providing inputs surrounding Media strategy and budget allocation.
- Guarantee flawless media plan campaign execution pushing for innovative ideas approaches and formats while pre-emptively looking for ways to counteract when necessary.
MARKETING MANAGEMENT:
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Team members to proactively identify and lead initiatives that bolster the teams capabilities and/or drive the local business to flourish.
- Work closely with the Brand Manager regional team and International HQ counterparts to share learning best practices align plans share latest updates and insights.
- Support the Brand Manager in streamlining daily operations.
RELATIONSHIP BUILDING:
- Build a strong transparent and trustworthy partnership and cooperation with management and personnel.
- Strengthen agency service and client/agency daily relationship acting as key agency POC alongside the Advertising Brand Manager & Intern.
- Push for constant Media partners/providers agenda building a close relationship with key players and being on top of partnerships/advertising opportunities and well as industry latest updates.
Qualifications :
Degree in Administration or Marketing or Advertising or Communication.
English fluency in writing and speaking is a must.
Strong experience in full-time positions related to Brand/Marketing/Advertising/Paid Media within multinational companies.
Having previous Advertising/Media work experience is a must.
FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) previous knowledge or experience is preferred but not required.
An analytical & creative marketer with depth in brand understanding and innovation at the heart who puts new ideas into practice fast.
Proven project management skills and ability to multi-task.
Ability to focus and follow through on priorities and deliver quality results.
Bias for action: action-oriented proactive and hands-on team player unafraid to roll up their sleeves and make things happen ready to dive into the unknown.
