Position Summary:

• Supervise the preparation of event & meeting spaces tending bar and serving platters of food
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings
• Supervise the execution of event arrangements to exceed guest expectations
• Understand guest requirements and deliver service excellence to engage and inspire guests
• Lead the banquets team with support of the banquets manager in operational tasks
• Plan and execute team building activities so associates feel valued for their contributions
• Be a dynamic and thoughtful supervisor by empowering and supporting your team
• Lead the banquets shift by providing motivation and support to ourwaitstaff

About You:

• An up-to-date RSA
• Passion for the industry
• Relevant experience in a similar supervisorial role
• Working rights in Australia
