As a Service Engineer youll lead the charge in delivering high-quality service to our customers. From troubleshooting complex issues to training operators and supporting contract performance youll play a key role in ensuring our equipmentand our customer relationshipsrun smoothly.
As a part of our Customer Service Operations team you will be first in the field to maintain food processing and packaging equipment at our customers facilities. As someone who prides themselves on getting to the root of the problem youll be part of the mission to keep food production going for hundreds of millions of people in more than 160 countries.

The position is based in Goiânia Goiás.
You will be travelling up to 80% of your time to our customer sites.

What you will do
As a Service Engineer you will travel to customer sites to:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance troubleshooting and installations;
- Analyze technical issues and escalate when needed using standard operating processes;
- Train customer operators and support production efficiency;
- Monitor service contracts and contribute to business development;
- Ensure compliance with safety food quality and reporting standards;
- Represent Tetra Pak professionally and contribute ideas for improving customer operations and service delivery;
- Maintain a clean safe work environment;
- Follow all safety protocols in accordance to OHS and Tetra Pak safety regulations and promote a safe working culture in the team.
We believe you have
- Up to 03 years of experience in maintenance service or installation roles;
- Education in industrial systems automation or process engineering;
- Mechanical /electrical/automation knowledge;
- Ability to travel up to 80% of the time;
- Intermediate level of English (written and verbal);
- A proactive customer-first mindset.
