Industrial Engineer Co-op will work on-site with all functions of the manufacturing team to improve productivity and process maturity. The role will offer opportunities to lead cost saving initiatives throughout the site and to have a true impact on the financial success of the team. Activities can include kaizen events time studies digital solutions and layout and flow optimization.
Immerse yourself in a full-time Monday-Friday co-op session that will run January-August (including the Spring semester; it is expected students will take a semester off from coursework to fully engage with this working mentorship opportunity).

- Kaizen event involvement
- Cost reduction projects
- Time studies
- Layout and flow optimization
- Work with manufacturing team

- Operations and manufacturing processes

Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelors or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen permanent resident or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: We Prefer:
- SAP/ERP experience
- Excel/VBA experience
- Manufacturing/Operations experience

The salary range for this role is 37000 USD - 82000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
