The Opportunity:
UCFs School of Global Health Management housed within CCIE is currently accepting applications for a Research Program Coordinator. This role supports an NIH-funded project by organizing and facilitating in-person meetings among judges court staff and healthcare leaders to advance shared objectives. This position serves as a liaison across stakeholder groups guiding collaborative decision-making and goal setting to ensure alignment and progress.
Responsibilities:
Lead the organization and planning of meetings between drug court staff health care providers and researchers.
Lead meetings between court staff and healthcare providers.
Manage data collection from court staff and healthcare providers.
Lead development reports of milestones budget oversight coordination of travel to conferences and other administrative tasks needed for meeting NIH funding requirements.
Travel to different regions of Florida to facilitate in-person meetings.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or Masters degree and 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in administrative coordination including scheduling meetings as well as arranging travel logistics.
Proven ability to lead meetings. Proficiency in data collection analysis and reporting.
Familiarity with behavioral health systems and/or the criminal justice system.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $56030 - $62000. The final salary will be determined based on the candidates qualifications experience and internal equity considerations.
This position requires a valid Class E drivers license. This position may involve driving to various locations on and off campus to conduct University business.
This is a Contract and Grant (C&G) funded position. Employment is subject to availability of funding and may cease at the time funding for this employment is depleted.
