HR Project Manager (Maternity cover) - Your future position

As an HR Project Manager in our Global Solution Experts team you will lead and execute global HR Projects with a dual focus on effective project delivery and process improvement. You will be responsible for drafting business cases managing process review workshops and ensuring successful project implementation from initiation to handover into business as usual. You will work closely with GBS HR Leads HRBPs HR Heads Global Solution Experts and Business Leadership

Contract type: Temporary contract for 2-3 years

In this versatile role you will be responsible for:

Project Management:

  • Determine and define project scope and objectives deliverables and success criteria

  • Develop comprehensive project plans schedules based on scope and resource needs

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of multiple projects

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan

  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy adjustments and progress

  • Oversee the handover of the completed projects to operational teams in line with project governance standard

Business Case Development:

  • Conduct data gathering and analysis to support project proposals

  • Build clear compelling business cases outlining benefits costs feasibility and return on investments

  • Present recommendations to senior management to secure funding and strategic alignment

Improvements:

  • Lead and facilitate process review workshops to evaluate current processes

  • Advocates for process improvement and identification of efficiencies applying Lean/ Continuous Improvement methodologies

  • Prioritise improvement opportunities and develop actionable implementation roadmaps

  • Promote Continuous Improvement culture within HR and across the organisation

Stakeholder Engagement and Communication :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional teams senior leadership and key stakeholders

  • Facilitate workshops presentations and negotiations with cultural awareness

  • Ensure project outcomes meet both HR strategic goals and wider organisational objectives

Your professional profile includes:

  • 5 years of project management experience

  • Fluent English on a business level

  • Willingness to travel regularly

  • University degree from Business Administration Human Resources or similar

  • Proven track record in managing complex projects

  • Strong communication and presentation skills agility and confidence

  • Experience in business case preparation and process mapping / improvement

  • Cultural awareness and adaptability to fast changing business requirements

  • Continuous Improvement mindset and ability to challenge current state

  • Project management and change management skills
