We are looking for: Rehabilitation Scheduling Coordinator

This role provides a high level of client this role the individual enhances communication and provides support between referring veterinarians clients veterinarians and all team members of the department.

What youll do:

Answer and respond to all phone calls from clients Referral Partners and Pharmacies log all conversations as well as check and logvoicemails

Answer incoming calls as back up to the switchboardcoordinator

Call for referral information on new/recheck patientappointments

Coordinate with clinical team and update departmental schedulecalendar

Check for incoming referral faxes at the front desk and/or communicationcenter

Organize records in hard charts for next day specialtyappointments

Check appointment emailsthroughout theday

Email any electronic records/x-rays to perspective department and all x-rays toradiology

Fax referral letters (depending on location)

Make copies if needed: Client handouts cage sheet changeforms

Call clients to remind of appointments & drop-offs for the nextday

Monitor supplies needed for the department as well as clean and stock areas asneeded
