在所负责区域内发展通力的市场地位
为整个通力销售团队 (如:交叉销售) 赢取和沟通销售机会
与通力其他团队(如工地)一起确保客户满意度并解决客户投诉以及配件协调
管理客户资料和联系信息维护客户数据及时更新CRM并使用CRM计划和跟踪销售活动
战略/重要客户及时反馈客户满意度组织架构图
负责该区域维保销售业务包括
1.确保免保转签以及续签
全程积极主动跟进确保零丢失
确保和扩展现有维保业务通力客户定价和利润
2.市场获得
监测销售结果包括不断分析和协调销售目标以确保达到业务目标台数和销售额
负责通过机会订单和合同完成维保销售预算和定价目标
3.应收账款管理
协助或执行回款并预测应收帐款
其他
使用Nemo计价给予客户包含服务内容及新产品的定制化报价及合同
验证从客户处接到订单的内容是否符合谈判的结果包括条款和条件质量和安全
