Job Summary
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Data Product Management Consultant to be part of the Technology Finance Shared Services Team. As part of this team this position willsupport Power BI reporting for Technology allocations and Public Cloud. The analyst will partner with Technology Finance to consolidate various data sets for Technology Bill of IT and cost transparency reporting.
In this role you will:
- Power BI Reporting: Design and manage Power BI Reports for Technology cost allocations (Bill of IT Reporting Public Cloud cost transparency etc.)
- Risk Management: Ensure Power BI Reporting process follows documented risk and controls
- Financial Data Research: Conduct research on both volume and expense data provided to understand any data gaps or further analysis needed
- AD-Hoc Reporting: Perform ad-hoc reporting as needed to support allocation processes
- Executive-Level Reporting: Develop and present executive-level reporting through PowerBI reporting
- Cross-Organizational Partnership: Partner across Technology and Finance organizations to drive change and transformation
- Manage Complex Datasets: Continuously focusing on the consumers of the data and their business needs while adhering to set data governance
- Financial Analysis: Develop complex financial analysis that is used to provide transparency into Technology consumption and expenses
- AI Use Cases: Identify AI use cases which can be applied to enhance allocations & reporting processes
- Lead Complex Data Product Initiatives including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as key participant in large-scale planning driving data enablement and capabilities across platforms and utilities
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of data product or data management experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience training military experience education
Desired Qualifications:
Experienced Power BI developer with expertise creating & developing Power BI reports
Experience working with Power BI Data Flows to consolidate data
Demonstrated experience in Technology Finance or Allocations preferred
Robust analytical skills including analyzing & translating large data sets
Prior experience partnering with senior leaders across business technology & finance
Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Apptio etc.
Excellent communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Operate effectively in a complex matrixed environment
Assess stakeholder needs and build effective relationships

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements skills experience or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
