Job Summary
GARNEY CONSTRUCTION
As a Recruiting Coordinator in Phoenix AZfor Garney Construction you will have the opportunity to support the recruiting team. You will assist with posting job ads pre-employment paperwork and handling the employee referral program. Being successful in this position requires being bilingual in English/Spanish computer skills and communication skills.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Assit all new hires in completeing new hire process.
- Coordinate and track the employee referral program.
- Provide support to recruiters.
