Why this role matters: Were growing and were looking for a talented Family Associate to join our highly regarded team in Exeter. Youll be part of a collaborative group known for delivering clear strategic advice across financial settlements child arrangements and complex disputes. Through litigation and non-court dispute resolution we help clients navigate lifes most challenging moments with empathy and clarity.

What youll do

In this role youll:

• Advise clients across the full spectrum of family law including financial remedy proceedings children matters and cohabitation disputes
• Work with high-net-worth individuals business owners farming families and senior professionals
• Handle complex and high-value cases such as pre-nuptial agreements contested financial remedies and sensitive child arrangement proceedings
• Build strong and lasting relationships with clients supporting them through emotionally and financially challenging situations
• Contribute to the continued success of the team

What were looking for

Were seeking someone who thrives in a client-focused emotionally intelligent environment and:

• Is a qualified solicitor with 2 years PQE and a solid grounding in family law
• Has experience or interest in financial remedy work and high-net-worth matters
• Can manage their own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
• Brings excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach
• Has a collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for contributing to a high-performing team
