AIRMATICs Materials Management Group needs technically inclined results-oriented sales professionals who can make an impact on our Company by growing our bulk materials handling product sales and installation and maintenance service work at established accounts and qualifying and closing sales at prospects in our target markets: Industries that convey store transport and process powders and bulk solids. Our Account Manager will join a Team of smart hardworking co-workers who are driven to exceed Customer expectations with market-leading products and services. This Inside/Outside hybrid sales opportunity can require 5 to 7 overnight travel days per month based on territory assignment.

AIRMATIC provides Industry training ongoing product training and sales training and coaching from our nationally recognized professional sales-process. We also provide ongoing business skills training marketing and sales support and coaching and mentoring to help elevate both our Associates and our Company.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation package includes a base salary commensurate with experience and technical education and bonus opportunities. The Company offers a comprehensive insurance and other benefits package including 401(k) Plan and Profit Sharing.

Success in this stage of the process will move Candidates to a Telephone Interview by our Sales Director. The final step is an In-Person Interview by our Hiring Team.
