This locally owned Civil Contractor is looking for a Civil Estimator to lead and develop a small team in the business that is continually growing and diversifying. The primary objective of the role will be to manage and co-ordinate the preparation of Construction estimates for submission of tenders including recommendations regarding construction techniques engineering procedures and the utilization of new technology.

Projects can range up to $30M incorporate: bridge boat ramp and rail upgrades for the states governing bodies and private developers. Their projects have a refreshing range which will give you exposure to new high profile infrastructure upgrades whether new initiatives and bypasses or boosting the capabilities and traffic volume on existing roads.

The role will include:

Preparing accurate tenders on projects
First principle estimating
Project programming & analysis of the tender documentation.
Supervise and develop support staff such as estimators and engineering assistants.
