Job Summary

JLEGroupis an industry leading electrical engineering and contracting company based in DubboServicingthe regional hub oftheCentral West NSWfor 20 years.

JLEis accredited Level 12&3 ASPs &specialisesinHV and LV power systems includingOverhead & underground distribution works for all utility works.

We are currently seeking motivated people to join our team ofElectricalLinespersons fulltime based in Dubbo NSW with travel across regional sites.

Role summary:

Reporting to the Project Manager and Supervisor your role will be project based & working with the requirements needed to successfully deliver the expected works. Workingpredominately onthe distribution networkyoutasksmay includeinstallation of overheads network undergroundcablesnetworks augmentations Labouring and WHSE Tasks. You willbe requiredto report to the Project Supervisor when required & deliver all task to successfully complete the scheduled works.

Key responsibilities:

Always adhering to safety standards as well ascomplying withcompany and industry regulations
Installing and completing Civil electrical works
Large Submain Cable Installations
Install replace & repair electrical equipment
Finding and fixing cable faults and restoring power
Preserving electrical distribution systems
Installing metering equipment
Setting underground transformers and switches
Keepingaccuratereports and records of work activities such as work orders
Perform electrical Utility Services on the authority network
Any other duties appropriate to the role as directed by your supervisor/manager
Reporting any progress complications concerns or delays to your supervisor
Reading and Interpret drawings

To be successful in this role you will have:

Lineman Certification
Electrical License
Current drivers license
White card
