We are seeking a Senior Associate with a solid background in employment law to join our market leading Employee Relations & Safety team.
About the role
Our Employee Relations and Safety team concentrates on the provision of strategic and complex workplace advice to an expansive and ever increasing blue chip corporate client base - which has seen the team acting for some of Australias largest and most significant public companies major financial institutions and global investment banks.
In this role you will work closely with Partners Angela Weber Andrew Gray and Cilla Robinson. You will work on high profile advisory investigation transactional and litigation matters spanning the full range of employment issues.
What experience are welooking for
As a Senior Associate within the team you will be expected to contribute to the development of the practice and be actively involved in both internal and external client and industry initiatives. You will assist in supervising more junior staff and as part of the team allocate resources to ensure the efficient and effective utilisation of solicitor skill sets. You will be expected to contribute to the development of the practice so that commercially sensible and innovative solutions are provided to our clients.
