Key Responsibilities

Provide daily administrative support including scheduling meetings managing calendars and maintaining organized records.

Prepare and proofread correspondence contracts and internal documents.

Handle phone calls emails and client communications professionally.

Support attorneys and office management with document preparation and filing.

Assist with billing bookkeeping and vendor coordination.

Maintain confidentiality with sensitive client and company information.
Qualifications

2 years of administrative or office support experience required

Experience in a law firm or legal environment preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Compensation
