Job Summary
Description of the role:
The BDC Representative at Webb Ford in Highland IN will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and scheduling appointments for the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone email text and chat
- Schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with potential customers
- Maintain customer database
- Experience with AI software
- Works closely with Sales Managers
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with Spanish a plus
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in CRM.. VIN Solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependability a must
