About the Role:
AData Analystpossesses the expertise to transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive informed business decisions. This role involves analyzing data sets to uncover solutions to customer-related challenges communicating findings clearly to management and stakeholders and monitoring performance and quality control metrics to identify areas for improvement.
What youll do:
- Interpret complex data sets and apply statistical techniques to analyze results generating insightful and actionable reports.
- Design develop and implement databases data collection systems and analytics strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Prepare situational reports detailing root causes breakdowns recommended actions and strategic solutions.
- Evaluate current Customer Service operations through KPI trend analysis to identify areas for performance improvement.
- Support project planning and execution contributing to effective management and timely delivery of initiatives.
- Identify and define opportunities for process optimization and operational enhancements.
- Collaborate with management to prioritize business objectives and information requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design produce and validate service reports and process documentation.
- Source data from primary and secondary channels ensuring accurate maintenance of databases and data systems.
- Publish timely daily weekly monthly and quarterly reports on service operations including ad-hoc reports for both local and HQ leadership.
- Ensure the submission of accurate comprehensive reports that cover activities results trends recommendations improvements actions taken and key issues.
What you must have:
- Bachelors degree in Mathematics Economics Industrial Engineering Computer Science Information Management Statistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly adaptable detail-oriented and committed to delivering accurate results within tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
