Job Summary
We arelooking for an experiencedIT Project Managerto lead the delivery of a newPlanning Budgeting and Forecasting platformthat will transform how our organization manages financial performance. You will oversee the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment ensuring solutions are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection offinance and technology with hands-on experience implementing tools such asWorkday Adaptive Anaplan or similar systems integrated withSAPor other ERPs.

What You Will Do:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of financial planning and forecasting system implementations.
- Collaborate with Finance IT and business stakeholders to define requirements KPIs and success measures.
- Drive process improvements and automation within planning budgeting and reporting cycles.
- Manage governance risks testing and quality assurance across project phases.
- Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.
What You Bring:
- Strong understanding of financial processes (FP&A reporting compliance).
- Proven success managing large-scale IT or finance system projects.
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
- Experience withAgileandWaterfallmethodologies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
YourQualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance IT Business Administration or related field.
- 10 years of IT project management experience including implementations of planning and forecasting tools integrated with ERP systems.
- PMP PgMP or equivalent certificationrequired.
- Background in consumer goods manufacturing or similar industries is an asset.
