Job Summary
Best Line Equipment is currently seeking an experienced compact and/or heavy equipment Road Mechanic to join the team at our Jessup Maryland facility. Our Road Mechanics provide mobile service to Jessup and surrounding counties and are supplied cell phones laptops vehicles fuel and other items necessary to successfully perform off location.
Job Overview:
- Troubleshoot repair service inspect and maintain all types of construction landscape heavy aerial industrial agricultural and fleet equipment.
- Road technicians travel to job sites and customer locations to perform duties.
- Some on-call responsibilities may apply.
- Full-time position with excellent benefits and competitive compensation. 40-50 hours per week and 1 Saturday a month.

Requirements:
- At least two years experience in comparable markets. (Troubleshooting diagnosing repairing automotive truck construction industrial or agricultural equipment.)
- Must possess strong communication skills interpersonal skills computer skills and strong electrical mechanical abilities.
- Beneficial experience would include DC electrical hydraulic combustion and associated skill sets.
- Ability to work with computers schematics repair manuals and warranty claims is an advantage.
- A high school diploma or equivalent industry experience will qualify.
- Starting pay rate dependent on experience and certifications.
Job Type: Full-time
Estimated annual compensation: $80000 - $90000.
