Raytheon is seeking a highly motivated candidate to serve as a Manager in the Lower Tier Air and Missile Defense Sensor (LTAMDS) Sub-Strategic Business Unit (SSBU) Program Office with Risk & Opportunity (R&O) management responsibilities. You will work closely with the Program Manager Chief Engineer and cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to drive best in class performance by identifying and tracking risks and opportunities to enable predictable performance on contracts.

What You Will Do:

Develop program-enhancing partnerships across Integrated Product Teams (IPT) Cross Business Teams (CBT) (e.g. Engineering Operations and Supply Chain) Finance and all other support functions on the Program
Drive effective R&O management processes best practices and compliance
Facilitate the Program Risk and Opportunity Management Board (ROMB) cadence
Create and analyze program level R&O metrics
Support program start up process with R&O related workshops
Ensure program IMS adequately reflects R&O mitigation/capture plans
Review and reconcile EAC R&O status with register data
Serve as subject matter expert for Risk Management with the customer
Expected to support domestic travel as needed

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a Bachelors degree and 8 years of relevant experience OR an Advanced Degree and 5 years of experience
Leadership experience
Experience with Risk & Opportunity Management
Experience balancing technical cost and schedule on a program

Qualifications We Prefer

Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Project) and common program management tools / systems (PMX Project Risk Register etc.)
Prior experience supporting development production or sustainment programs
Experience with various types of contracts (e.g. Cost Plus Firm Fixed Price Production and Development)
Professional experience in program or project management and/or as an IPT lead
Experience with EVMS and IMP/IMS development

The salary range for this role is 101000 USD - 203000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the role function and associated responsibilities a candidates work experience location education/training and key skills.
