What Youll Be Doing
Youll support day-to-day HR tasks and help keep things running smoothly:
Help with recruiting and scheduling interviews
Assist new hires with onboarding and paperwork
Keep employee records up to date
Answer questions about payroll and benefits
Track employee changes and maintain documentation
Pitch in with other HR duties as needed
What Were Looking For
12 years of HR or admin experience
Strong attention to detail and time management
Clear professional communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel is a plus)
Able to handle sensitive info with care and discretion
