Key Responsibilities
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and provide general assistance as needed
- Perform basic clerical duties including data entry filing and document preparation
- Assist with scheduling calendars and appointment coordination
- Maintain office organization including supply inventory and shared areas
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide general administrative support to office staff
Qualifications and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an office clerical or administrative support role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work independently
