The Finance Business Partner will play a critical role in driving financial performance providing commercial insight and supporting strategic decision-making across the business. This is not just about reporting numbers but about partnering with leaders to shape business outcomes.

You will be a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders translating financial information into clear actions and helping to steer the business towards growth and profitability. The role requires a strong mix of technical finance capability excellent stakeholder management and the ability to communicate and influence with impact at all levels of a large multinational organisation.

Candidate specification:

Essential:

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partnering role ideally within a large multinational or complex matrix organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at senior levels
• Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills able to simplify complex financial information into clear actionable insights.
• Solid technical grounding in financial analysis budgeting forecasting and performance management.
• Professional finance qualification (e.g. ACA ACCA CIMA CPA or equivalent).

Desirable:

• Experience in project-based or consulting environments (engineering infrastructure or professional services).
• Exposure to driving transformation initiatives such as system implementations process improvement or business change.
