Job Summary
Guest Reception: Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism guiding them to their tables and ensuring a seamless transition into the dining experience.
Table Management: Efficiently manage reservations and seating arrangements optimizing table turnover while maintaining a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.
Communication: Collaborate closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team to ensure smooth service providing timely updates on guest preferences and needs.
Guest Engagement: Engage with guests to enhance their experience addressing inquiries or special requests with grace and professionalism.
Ambiance Maintenance: Ensure the dining area reflects Delanos luxury standards maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing special events ensuring all details are carefully managed to deliver a seamless experience.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a hostes with prior experience in a high-end beach club or a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and assist guests with confidence and professionalism.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality experience
