- Oversees and directs all aspects of an all-non-rail projects from planning and development to execution and completion.
- Provides strategic and technical operational financial and managerial leadership for successful implementation of non-rail projects.
- Oversees all projects implementation related to project and construction management including monitoring and reporting financials transactions execution of project plans and performance.
- Leads individual project managers across a portfolio of projects.
- Manages and deliver projects within project timeline and budget as well as the framework of risk and environmental considerations.
- Oversees a portfolio of projects ensuring alignment with the organizations business goals and delivering maximum value.
- Provides guidance and solutions to manage project challenges and unexpected events that may impact projects success.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all parties are aligned with projects direction.
- Responsible for client relationships ensures that clients needs are met for all projects and all projects are progressing according to the plan.
- Monitors risks and opportunities throughout the projects lifecycle.
- Maintains effective communication with all projects team members and stakeholders to provide project updates address concerns and foster strong working relationships.
- Conducts regular site visits to assess project progress identify risks and ensure compliance with Quality and Safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Provides regular updates and reports on all non-rail projects status including milestones budget updates and any significant developments or risks.
- Provides leadership and guidance to the project team fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Qualifications :
- Degree in a relevant engineering or architectural discipline; Masters degree preferred
- Minimum of 12 years experience within a global engineering or consulting organisation
- Proven track record in construction projects (Hospitality/Aviation/Industrial/Healthcare)
- Extensive experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams in international and multicultural environments
- Strong proficiency in MS Office planning tools and project control methods
- Excellent communication interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to align projects with organisational goals
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of engineering principles and practices relevant to project execution
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is beneficial
