Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and presentable Beauty Therapist to join our clients team.

Responsibilities:

Perform a wide range of beauty treatments including facials waxing manicures pedicures and massage
Deliver advanced skin care therapies such as electrical facials body treatments and aromatherapy (if qualified)
Assess client needs and recommend personalized treatment plans and products
Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and client confidentiality
Provide expert advice on skincare routines and product usage
Ensure accurate client records and treatment notes are maintained
Promote spa services and retail products to enhance client experience
Stay updated on industry trends and new techniques through ongoing professional development
Uphold the standards and ethics associated with ITEC or CIDESCO certification
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery
Manage appointment scheduling and assist with front desk duties when needed
Handle client feedback professionally and ensure high levels of satisfaction

Key Skills:

Proficient in a wide range of beauty treatments (facials massage waxing body therapies)
Strong client consultation and interpersonal communication skills
High standards of hygiene professionalism and client care
Ability to recommend and upsell skincare products and treatments
Time management and appointment coordination

Qualifications:

ITEC or CIDESCO certification in Beauty Therapy or related field
